Text suggests teachers use "images of the smaller words" - I suggest confirming or defining what you mean by images. Specific pictures of the actual word, or the text of the word?

In addition, parts of compound words in Texas TEKS are called BASE words, not SMALLER words.

Again, the macrons appear above the vowels in some segments, and in others they do not. Consistency throughout with the macrons would benefit the students throughout.

#5 - The question asks to identify the correct word to complete the sentence. This question is written in "past tense". An indication of tense should be noted in order for students to identify present, past and future tense.
